LOCATION/LANDMARK COMMISSION DETAILS...
My style is sketchy yet architecturally accurate, whilst portraying the character of the location/landmark. All of the drawing and painting is created by me, by hand, from my studio in Macclesfield, resulting in a truly personal piece of art to truly treasure.
‣Commissions from outside the UK are more than welcome.
‣From receiving your commission, and reference photos, I will email you a very rough 'digital composition sketch' to give you an idea of the composition that I'm aiming for, once you agree to the composition I can make a start on your hand drawn illustration.
‣Please allow me around 5-14 days, from when you agree on the 'digital composition sketch', before shipping, though I will keep you fully updated on the progress.
‣NOT FRAMED. You will receive the original sketched illustration.
‣Actual illustration sizes are approximate and your illustration will not fill the whole page, I find a little border always looks best.
‣As with all custom illustrations, you own the original but I own the copyright and reserve the right to sell prints of the illustration- If you want a FULLY UNIQUE illustration, with no prints ever sold, then this will cost more but please ask me for a quote. Please do not hesitate to ask questions before buying. You may not make commercial gain from your illustration.
TIMESCALE & WHAT I NEED FROM YOU...
‣Once you have placed your order you will need to send me at least one good quality photograph of the location/landmark, ideally from the angle you want it drawn from. Alternatively I can help look for suitable reference photographs online.
‣You're also welcome to point out those details most important to you, and even those you might prefer not to be included! Make sure, if you are keen to show certain details, that they are clear in the photograph- you can always send a few photos.
‣Once you receive your 'digital composition sketch' from me, to give you an idea of the composition that I'm aiming for, you must confirm that you're happy with the composition before I start on your hand drawn illustration.
‣REFUNDS. Each illustration that I create is a custom design that is unique to you. Therefore I am not able to issue a refund. Please ask as many questions as you need to, and take a look at my illustration style on the listing before making your purchase.
‣I love what I do and put my heart and soul into every illustration and will do my very best to create something for you to treasure.
