HOME / SHOP FRONT COMMISSION DETAILS...
‣My style is sketchy yet architecturally accurate, whilst portraying the character of the building. All of the drawing and painting is created by me, by hand, from my studio in Macclesfield, resulting in a truly personal piece of art to truly treasure.
‣Commissions from outside the UK are more than welcome.
‣From receiving your commission, and reference photos, I will email you a very rough digital sketch to give you an idea of the composition that I'm aiming for, once you agree to the composition I can make a start on your hand drawn illustration.
‣Each illustration is completed from my studio in Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK. Please allow me around 5-10 days, from when you agree on the digital sketch composition, before shipping, though I will keep you fully updated on the progress.
‣NOT FRAMED. You will receive the original sketched illustration.
‣Actual illustration sizes are approximate and your illustration will not fill the whole page, I find a little border always looks best.
‣As with all custom illustrations, you own the original but I own the copyright so you can not make commercial gain from your illustration. Please do not hesitate to ask questions before buying.
TIMESCALE & WHAT I NEED FORM YOU...
‣Once you have placed your order you will need to send me at least one good quality photograph of the building, ideally from the angle you want it drawn from. Don't worry about the weather, I won't draw the rain and grey sky (unless you want it!)
‣You're also welcome to point out those details most important to you, and even those you might prefer not to be included! Make sure, if you are keen to show certain details, that they are clear in the photograph- you can always send a few photos.
‣If you could also let me know the house address so I can have a virtual drive past on Google Maps to get a feel for the environment of the house!
‣Once you receive your rough digital sketch from me, to give you an idea of the composition that I'm aiming for, you must confirm that you're happy with the composition before I start on your hand drawn illustration.
‣REFUNDS. Each illustration that I create is a custom design that is unique to you. Therefore I am not able to issue a refund. Please ask as many questions as you need to, and take a look at my illustration style on the listing before making your purchase.
‣I love what I do and put my heart and soul into every illustration and will do my very best to create something for you to treasure.
